1. Your Personal Data Controller is Holding 1 S.A. with its registered office in Krakow, address: ul. Puszkarska 7F, 30-644 Kraków, and its subsidiary from the capital group Holding 1 S.A., i.e. Megapolis sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Krakow, address: ul. Rzemieślnicza 26, 30-403 Kraków (both of which are hereinafter referred to as the “Data Controller”).

Please note that the provision of data is voluntary and is not necessary for the conclusion and performance of agreements with the Data Controller.

You have the right to access your data, to have your data rectified, to have your data erased or to restrict their processing, as well as the right to object to the processing of your data, the right to be forgotten, the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. President of the Personal Data Protection Office; you may also exercise the above-mentioned rights by contacting the Data Protection Officer (contact details as above).

5. Your personal data will be processed until you withdraw your consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time; however, the withdrawal of consent shall not affect the legality of processing based on your consent before its withdrawal.

6. Your data may be made available to entities providing marketing services in the name of and on behalf of the Data Controller.
